It took months of research and studies, to conceptualize and develop the product – Ponkathir. Here we blend the traditional methods with 18 types of 5 high grade rice compositions to bring out the best product. Purity and quality is tested and confirmed at every stage of production .Superior raw materials are procured from high quality vendors. The rice is disinfected before grinding it and is fried in 'traditional ovens' or 'Smokeless Chulahs' using firewood. This traditional process of slow cooking preserves the nutrients in the rice particles.
